Russian passenger jet 'crashes' near Moscow

A passenger jet carrying 71 passengers and crew has crashed according to media reports from the country.

Operated by Saratov Airlines, Flight 6W703 was carrying 65 passengers on board, along with six crew members. A source from the emergency services has said that there were no survivors.

The AN-148 aircraft was tracked as it took off from Domodedovo Airport in Moscow but was soon lost on radar while on its journey to Orsk, a city in the Urals.

The plane is reported to have crashed near Argunovo village in the Moscow region.
