In 2018, NovaStar will be continuing to improve their technology and provide new services. Scheduled periodic training sessions are in the works, allowing customers to learn about Nova products through hands-on training. This training will be kicked off by a LED control system training session in January 2018.
24/7 customer service will also be implemented this year, providing the same excellent customer support as always, any time of day.
New products are also on the horizon, including a new all-in-one processor with full support for 4K. Novastar's LED controllers will also continue to bring new innovations to the marketplace.
Additionally, the company said they are excited about the new LED monitoring system, which allows users to remotely monitor the status of each part of their LED display solution, as well as update content.
