Virgin Mobile UAE launches new feature for personalised recommendations

Virgin Mobile UAE has pioneered a personalised recommendation service for customers with the launch of 'Recommend'. A few days before they are due to renew their plan, every customer will receive a recommendation from Virgin Mobile on the ideal level of data, local calls, SMS and international calls they could take based on their current, real-time usage.

Karim Benkirane, MD, Virgin Mobile UAE, said: “Virgin Mobile is all about providing a superior customer experience and delivering the best possible value to our users, it’s in our brand DNA. Our ‘Recommend’ feature analyses customers’ mobile behaviour and provides them with a recommendation each month based on their actual usage.

“So, if you’re not using up all of your monthly minutes or data we’ll recommend that you take a lower plan next month and help you to save some money. On the other hand, if you are constantly adding boosters or using pay as you go, we’ll recommend that you take a higher plan, which will end up costing you less.”
