Saudi Aramco announced that it has established a global medium-term note programme and will conduct a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing today. An offering of US dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes under the programme may follow, subject to market conditions.

The notes, if issued, will be admitted to the official list of the United Kingdom Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Regulated Market.

The announcement does not constitute an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security and nor shall there be any offer, solicitation, or sale of any security in any jurisdiction in which such offer, solicitation, or sale would be unlawful. The notes have not been and will not be registered under the US Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and may not be offered, or sold in the United States, or to US persons absent registration, or an applicable exemption from registration requirements.
