Dubai Customs has signed a service level agreement (SLA) with Emirates Airlines to provide an improved level of service to customers and passengers and streamline their movement through Dubai’s airports
The agreement was signed by Ibrahim Kamali, director of passenger operations department, Dubai Customs, and Badr Al Shehhi, divisional vice-president, baggage and operations services, Emirates Airlines, reported Dubai Media Office.
Shehhi said the agreement will strengthen cooperation and partnership between Dubai Customs and Emirates Airline. “This SLA will help boost our interconnected services and procedures to handle the increasing volume of passengers and their luggage in the most efficient and timely manner, especially with Dubai’s positioning as a global hub of travel and tourism.”
Kamali said, “Both parties aim to minimize obstacles, expedite procedures and deliver a high level of service to customers and passengers, streamlining their movement through Dubai’s airports while ensuring the protection of society and supporting sustainable economic and tourism development of Dubai."
