Cathay Pacific, the flag carrier of Hong Kong, has launched a new campaign focused revamping its overall service.
In addition to adopting a progressive outlook to their approach to service, the campaign has seen an overhaul of several inflight features.
This includes the implementation of new seats, the availability of Wi-Fi across its long-haul fleet, improvements to its food & beverage offering, as well as the introduction of an enhanced inflight entertainment (IFE) system.
Commenting on the campaign, Rupert Hogg, CEO of Cathay Pacific said: “Over the last seven decades we have grown to become one of the world’s leading airlines, and our goal now is to continue to move forward by becoming one of the world’s greatest service brands.”
The launch of a new campaign also saw the re-opening of Cathay Pacific’s lounge in Shanghai Pudong, as well as the reveal that the airline will launch a new Business Class experience in the second half of 2019.
Cathay Pacific has also worked diligently to expand the reach of its network, adding 12 new routes since 2018. Additionally, the airline’s fleet has recently been bolstered with the addition of a technologically advanced Airbus A350 aircraft.
