He added: “We in the UAE work under the guidance of our wise leadership to create a bright future for our society; a future that is based on happiness, well-being and sustainability. TRA should be in the forefront of work and performance development, in line with the local and international developments. Hence, the importance of such meetings, in which everyone participates, and everyone is responsible for the implementation of its outcomes, as we all work for one goal, namely the elevation of our country and the service of our society. TRA also has a global role to play in serving the United Nations development goal, which opens up new horizons for us to reflect on the global position of our beloved country through the ICT sector.”

The retreat was concluded by holding the employees annual gathering, in which the TRA future shaping 2030 document has been revealed, as well as presenting the retreat outcomes (accelerators) of 2017.
