Google cutting ties could be 'kill switch' for Huawei's global ambitions - report

Media reports are speculating Google cutting ties with Huawei could be a "kill switch" for its global ambitions.

Google previously announced it was suspending business awith Huawei that involves the transfer or hardware, software and key technical services. That means Huawei can't use the Android operating system.

Other companies including Intel and Qualcomm have followed Google's lead.

US president Donald Trump has also issued an executive order banning Huawei.
