du has strengthened its partnership with Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) for data centre services.

As part of the agreement, du will continue to deliver advanced network solutions with increased operational and network efficiency that will further enhance the service experience of ADIB customers, in addition to providing M2M solutions and managed connectivity services.

Farid Faraidooni, deputy CEO of enterprise solutions at du parent company EITC, said: “The need for rapid innovation, greater convergence and new services is driven by demand for high quality digital experiences. Customers now expect levels of personalisation and quality that match the leaders in any industry – this has made it increasingly important for banks to meet expectations that evolve faster than the industry’s ability to meet them.”

Adel Ahmed Alzarouni, GM, Real Estate and Administration, said: “Our partnership with du will enhance our overall IT infrastructure, which will allow ADIB to deploy features and tools that deliver customer focused digital experiences. Additionally, this agreement will reflect our commitment to be at the forefront of technology optimisation whilst in parallel, enhance our operational efficiency.”
