Dubai real estate giant Damac Properties has unveiled the ready-built Golf Town homes within its gated Damac Hills community.
Damac said it expects Golf Town, described as its latest residential community concept, to attract both investors and golf enthusiasts. The apartment complex comprises parks, a tennis court, a gym, a supermarket, and a health clinic, and offers views of Trump International Golf Club.
Senior vice president at Damac Properties, Niall McLoughlin, said numerous studies pointed to a “growing demand” for affordable, community-focused residential projects for first-time buyers in the local market.
Those interested in buying or renting one of the Golf Town units can tour the property online using Damac’s virtual reality platform – a technology that is growing in popularity among developers.
Meanwhile, the developer is close to awarding a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) contract for its Vera Residences development in Q1 2019.
Construction Week revealed last month that eight contractors had submitted bids to carry out MEP works, although Damac expected two more companies to join the race before it awards the contract for the 30-storey development.
