Dubai-based real estate developer Ellington celebrated the ‘topping out’ of its DT1 Residential Tower in Downtown Dubai.
The event was attended by architects, investors, homeowners, agents and other stakeholders.
The topping out signified the completion of structural work ahead of schedule, the developer claimed in a press statement.
DT1, the fourth project by Ellington, is scheduled for hand-over in Q3 2019.
The 76 metres tower features glass cladding and has apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom penthouses.
Joseph Thomas, managing director, Ellington said: “As we move towards completion on this project, we look forward to finalising other exciting developments that are either in the construction or design phase.”
Other projects announced by Ellington include properties in its Belgravia series, including the Belgravia Square, which was launched late last year and Belgravia Heights II that was launched in June 2018.
