Led by HRH Prince Khaled Bin Alwaleed Bin Talal, the company’s founder and chairman, Dubai-based KBW Investments operates across an array of sectors, including construction, manufacturing, engineering, real estate, automation, and media.
Founded in 2017 by KBW Investments and Basma Group, Arada is currently developing two master-planned communities in Sharjah: Aljada and Nasma Residences.
The Aljada urban district is a residential mega-project spanning 2.2km2, and is valued at $6.5bn (AED24bn).
Meanwhile, the $408m (AED1.5bn) Nasma Residences comprises 900 townhouses and villas, and features retail centre Nasma Square.
The company has secured syndicated loans with a combined value of $544.6m (AED2bn) from local banks to fund the construction of Nasma Residences and Aljada.
The first set of Aljada’s homes are scheduled to be handed over by the end of this year.
