In his role of chairman, Khaled Musaed El Seif heads up Saudi Arabia-based contracting firm El Seif Engineering Contracting Company.
The builder’s landmark projects include the 300m-tall Kingdom Tower in Riyadh, as well as several towers within the city’s King Abdullah Financial District.
One of the most recent projects that the company has worked on in Dubai is the Meydan Heights residential development project, which consists of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) work for 2,000 four-bedroom, semi-detached villas located in the emirate’s Mohammad Bin Rashid City.
Having been established in 1951, the Saudi company has previously worked on high-profile projects that include the Jewels Twin Towers in Dubai; Marina Towers in Beirut, Lebanon; Kingdom Hospital in Riyadh; and the Saudi Ministry of Interior’s headquarters in Jeddah.
