Emrill Services has replaced its MD Alex Davies with Stuart Harrison taking over as the firm’s new CEO.
Harrison was previously the firm’s technical director.
Meanwhile Sam Emery has been promoted to CFO, she was previously the financial director of the Dubai-based FM company.
Harrison’s appointment is a result of his proven track record in delivering all aspects of facilities management within the UK and UAE, the firm said in a statement.
He has held technical, operations and senior business roles across a diverse range of sectors, including critical environments, such as hospitals and healthcare.
Harrison has over 27 years of local and international experience and joined Emrill in 2014 as solutions director.
Harrison was appointed technical director in 2017.
While in this role, Harrison gained Emrill’s accreditation to the NICEIC Middle East Scheme.
Harrison said: “I am thrilled to take on this new challenge. Emrill is the region’s leading FM company and, as such, is well-positioned for continued and sustainable growth. Our focus will remain on delivering service excellence and strengthening our value partnerships with existing clients, while forging new relationships within the industry.
Harrison replaces Alex Davies, who had been Emrill’s managing director since 2016. Davies stepped down from Emrill to pursue other opportunities.
Meanwhile Emery, who joined the company in 2014 as finance director has taken over as CFO.
During her time at Emrill, Emery has implemented robust internal controls, governance, more effective cash flow and working capital management.

Emery is a qualified ACA accountant and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
