Dubai Property Festival (DPF) will be held From March 26 to 28 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The show is organised by Dubai Land Department (DLD) in partnership with International Property Show (IPS).
The show is expected to see over 130 exhibitors from over 30 countries.
H E Sultan Butti bin Mejren, director general of DLD, said, “The main objective of this year's edition is to contribute to the growth of the local real estate sector in Dubai and the UAE. DPF 2019 will provide excellent opportunities for many developers who are looking to connect with target, multi-national audiences and visitors.”

Visitors will also identify investment opportunities offered by the local market in light of the new government legislation aimed at promoting Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). As a result, DPF has become an international platform that brings together major global real estate investors and companies. In addition, DPF is organising forums and panels with the participation of experts to share knowledge and experience as well as the possibility of reaching new strategic, corporate relationships,” Mejren said.

Interested parties may also join workshops and seminars to get introduced to market developments, and the latest legislation, technologies, and developments in the sector.”
DLD will provide a range of premium real estate services at DPF, such as smart real estate services, auctions, and real estate registration.
The Dubai Real Estate Institute (DRE) will play a prominent role in DPF by contributing to the dissemination of real estate knowledge and the consolidation of best practices between different parties. DREI will provide free access for all those wishing to attend workshops and training opportunities organised within the area dedicated to DPF.
DREI is also organising a brokers’ village, which will be a unique opportunity to receive strategic information, build relationships, and review the prospects of investment and development. It will also be a powerful platform for meeting potential partners and entering into deals with major global real estate investors and professionals. Visitors to the village will be familiarised with renowned exhibitors at DPF 2019, especially as it will feature sales offers with the opportunity to identify large projects made available to major international buyers and individual and institutional investors as part of the competition between key players from around the world, specifically from the GCC, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region.
In addition to exhibitors from the UAE and the region, DPF 2019 will attract participants from Canada, Cyprus, France, Greece, India, Mauritius, Pakistan, the Philippines, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom among others.
DPF was first launched over two days in April 2018 by DLD, in cooperation with IPS, during a full range of activities were hosted to share knowledge as well as establish relationships and real estate transactions, offering opportunities for buyers and sellers to interact and explore investment opportunities available in the real estate sector.
