Azizi Developments announces 93% construction milestone for Samia in Al Furjan

Azizi Developments has announced the completion of 93% of Samia, a residential and commercial development in Al Furjan.

Samia is one of a number of projects to be handed over by December 2019, as part of Azizi Developments’ Year of Construction.

The development comprises 284 units, including 137 studios, 124 one-bedroom units, 15 two-bedroom apartments, and eight penthouses.

A status report says that the structure, blockwork and internal plaster has been completed in full.

Meanwhile, 95% of the tiling, as well as 96% of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) are also finished.

Azizi also recorded 84% of external works, 98% of the swimming pool, and 91% of the overall finishing as complete. The elevator and façade stand at 98% and 93% respectively.

The development offers direct access to Al Maktoum International Airport, as well as to the Expo 2020 site.

It has a total gross floor area of 18,354 sq m and includes a dedicated retail area that will feature 11 outlets. Amenities include two swimming pools, gymnasium, sauna and steam room.
