Indian real estate developer, IndoSpace, is to build three industrial parks across Becharaji in Gujarat, Anantapur in Andhra Pradesh, and Sohna Taoru in Haryana as part of its expansion plans across the country.
The three parks will have a total area of more than 48ha and is part IndoSpace’s long-term goal of having 120 million sq ft of modern logistics infrastructure across India.
IndoSpace Industrial and Logistics Park Becharaji will be spread over 16ha and the firm claims the area is developing into one of the largest industrial manufacturing hubs for car and motorcycle manufacturers.
IndoSpace Industrial Park Anantapur, in Andhra Pradesh, will offer industrial and warehousing facilities spread over 12ha and is located around 132 km from Bengaluru airport.
Spread over 20ha, IndoSpace Logistics Park Taoru, is situated near Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway, NH 248A (Sohna-Gurgaon) and NH 48.
Commenting on the industrial park launches, Everstone Group, which promotes IndoSpace, vice chairman of real estate, Rajesh Jaggi, said: “The launch of these three parks marks IndoSpace’s rapid growth in laying down a strong foundation for grade A logistics infrastructures across the country."He added: “2019 was significant for us where we entered into new markets as well as expanded in the existing ones. We wish to carry the same momentum in this New Year.”
