Commercial Interior Design is pleased to confirm that the designMENA Summit will return for the seventh year in a row on 4 December, 2019.

More than one hundred architects and interior designers from high-profile heavyweights to dynamic and agile boutique agencies will converge at the luxurious Grosvenor House to address key industry issues and debate the state of the market.

Sustainability, human-centric design and the growing influence of Moroccan architecture all went under the microscope at last year’s iteration – the most highly-attended conference in designMENA Summit history.

Ethical business practices and how to avert the race to the bottom will be among the key points discussed at the designMENA Summit 2019.

An advisory panel of leading architects and interior designers has been established to help set the agenda for this year’s conference.

The team includes: David Lessard, partner and design director of Dubai-based atelier H+A; Kristian Stinson, managing partner of Studio EM; Pallavi Dean, founder and creative director of Roar; and Pedram Rad, managing director of U+A.

The designMENA Summit 2019 is kindly sponsored by gold sponsor Lacasa; fit-out partner Emkay; gift bag sponsor Huda Lighting; and lanyard sponsor iGuzzini.

The designMENA Summit takes place at Grosvenor House, Dubai, on Wednesday, 4 December.
