Natural light and a soft colour palette have been prioritised by Emaar Properties for new apartments at waterfront development Mina Rashid.
The Dubai-based real estate giant is building the city’s longest Venetian-style canal pool, which will run parallel to the high-end Seashore residential development near Bur Dubai.
These contemporary-style apartments will be designed to maximise natural daylight with glass facades and floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as large balconies for the cooler months.
Available in one-, two- and three-bedroom flats, Emaar’s Seashore apartments will note soft colour palettes in two different styles.
Residents will also be able to access the Dubai Mall by the Sea. This is a waterfront shopping and eating destination that will have a floating yacht club and a sandy beach bigger than two football fields. It will also have Dubai’s biggest swimming pool, stretching 500 metres.
The Mina Rashid megaproject is a Riviera-style coastal destination that will be home to the QE2 ocean liner that was recently transformed into a 13-deck hotel.
