New images of Istanbul's 369m-tall Çamlıca TV and Radio Tower by Turkish firm Melike Altınışık Architects reveal the structure's nearly-completed status.

The images, which were taken by London-based architectural photography studio NAARO, highlight the futuristic tower's form, which evokes a sense of motion and rhythm that changes upon perspective.

The new telecommunications tower will replace several outdated structures currently in use and support an estimated 125 broadcasting transmitters. It will also house restaurants, exhibition spaces, meeting areas, a panoramic elevator and a two-storey observation deck that looks out over the Bosphorus Strait.

There will also be a public foyer, cafe and exhibition areas inside the podium.

Expected to be completed by late 2019, the tower is topped with a 145m steel mast supported by a 203m concrete core.
