MMAC-designed Novotel Bur Dubai hotel opens

MMAC Design Associates has seen its latest project, Novotel Bur Dubai, opens it doors to the public in Dubai Healthcare City.

The four-star mid-scale hotel is the latest hospitality project completed by Dubai-based interiors studio MMAC Design Associates, which designed the five-star Luxury Collection Aqaba hotel in Jordan during the last 12 months.

Novotel Bur Dubai has 219 rooms and higher-end suites in addition to a gym, temperature-controlled swimming pool and wellness facilities.

The property will be operated by French hospitality company Accor.

“We are delighted to be the first four-star mid-scale hotel in Dubai Healthcare City,” said Marc Descrozaille, chief operating officer, Accor Middle East & Africa.

“This newly-opened property is set to become a go-to destination for a variety of travellers, offering modern and stylish rooms, as well as carefully curated dining options focusing on health and wellness, which ties in seamlessly with the Healthcare City community, appealing to both residents and visitors alike,” he added.
