Azizi Developments has recorded 80 per cent pre-sales of residential units at its Mina development on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
The 38,500 square metre project has 178 units - 120 one-bedroom apartments, 54 two-bedroom residences, four penthouses and several retail units, all of which are scheduled to be completed by Q2 2020.
More than AED 10 million has been invested in the landscaping of Mina with trees, bushes, flowers and shaded areas for residents to enjoy.

Mina residents will have access to a private beach two swimming pools, gym, health club and, outdoors, gardens, a children’s play area and jogging track.
The residential development is also close to the Palm's promenade and apartments overlook the Arabian Gulf and the city's skyline
Azizi currently has 54 ongoing projects that are to be delivered between 2020 and 2023.
