There are many things that go into a country's pavilion at Dubai's Expo 2020 event.

Not only do the pavilions have to be designed and build, but the activations at them need to be created and curated and the place needs to be staffed.

The staff also needs something to wear, and we now know what the attendants at Japan's pavilion will look like.

Toray have revealed the uniforms, designed by Anrealage head Kunihiko Morinaga using the country's Where Ideas Meet slogan for the Expo.

Eco-friendly materials are used, including polyester fibres made from recycled PET bottles, a plant-based synthetic fiber and film and fiber waste from manufacturing processes.

Under its Sustainability Vision, the Toray Group seeks to balance development and sustainability by providing innovative, advanced materials that help resolve global issues.

The uniforms are designed to express the commonality of people, cultures, and emotions and are inspired by nature.
