The all-plastic Aula chair was such a big hit with its peers that shortly after its launch, it won not one but two design awards.

Now two new Aula models have been added to the range, with three types of frame to choose from and an ergonomically comfortable seat shell available in six colours, with four upholstery types.

Designer Wolfgang C.R. Mezger's future classic is available in plastic, tubular steel or with a skid base and with or without armrests. All these options make it a good choice for use in multipurpose spaces that have a range of design and functional requirements.

The two new additional models with a tubular steel frame or skid base are primarily designed for areas where, alongside comfort and aesthetics, specific functionality is also wanted.

About those awards - Aula's creators were presented with one of the German Design Council’s Best of Best Iconic Awards for INNOVATIVE INTERIOR in 2018 and garnered a renowned Red Dot Winner accolade later that same year.
