The new Rolls Royce Ghost has a minimalist yet complex design.

Succeeding the most popular model in the British brand's 116-year history, the New Ghost was revealed to Dubai at Bluewaters Island.

Its 6.75-litre twin-turbo V12 engine, delivering 571PS and 850nm is surrounded by a rigid aluminium spaceframe architecture, allowing designers and engineers to incorporate technology including all-wheel drive and all-wheel steering.

Minimalist tnteriors reflect a ‘Post Opulent’ design philosophy and "reject superficial expressions of wealth"

Speaking to guests gathered at Caesars Forum, Bluewaters, César Habib, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars regional director of Middle East & Africa, says: “The New Ghost is a masterpiece of craftsmanship; it whispers its qualities; it doesn’t shout. Our founding father’s insightful saying ‘Small things make perfection, but perfection is no small thing’ stands true 116-years later and is embodied in the creation of our New Ghost.”

Other new design features include a world-first Planar suspension system, doors that now electrically open as well as close and interior components "tuned to specific resonant frequency to create a sense of serenity."

Handmade at the brand's factory in Goodwood, West Sussex, UK, the car's fascia is now illuminated with a Ghost nameplate surrounded by 850 stars.
