Ajman repositions itself as a destination brand

The Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD) announced the completion of its new brand identity for the emirate, which will promote it as a destination to experience Emirati hospitality.

The new brand identity has been approved by His Highness Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and chairman of the Executive Council and will be unveiled soon.

HE Faisal Al Nuaimi, general manager of Ajman Tourism Development Department conveyed the message from Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi to all the departments and institutions involved in building the Ajman destination brand.

During the meeting, he said: “To tell our story, we’ve created a brand that is modern, unique and embodies the true spirit of Ajman. We’ve also coined a new tagline along with the brand that is vibrant and attractive. Together, we can prove that Ajman is the perfect place to experience true Emirati hospitality”.

Top dignitaries from Ajman’s cabinet attended the meeting that included members from the Ajman Municipality and Planning Development, Ajman Port and Customs Department and Ajman Department of Economic Development to name a few.

HE Faisal Al Nuaimi briefed the audience on how the new brand identity was created and completed to reflect the vision of the Ajman government as part of the marketing plan for the year 2016 – 2018.
