Wagamama has made its Saudi Arabia debut with a new 280-cover restaurant in Jeddah.

The casual Asian-inspired chain, which was founded in London in 1992 by restaurateur Alan Yau, has grown its international presence through franchising for more than 15 years.

In the GCC, the brand is present in Bahrain, Qatar and the UAE.

The new Jeddah branch is located on Hail Street in the city’s Al Rawdah district, and has been opened with franchise partner Prestige Restaurant and Cafés Company.
