Symphony Style Hotel Kuwait, the Quorvus Collection flagship hotel in Kuwait, has received the SafeHotels Premium certificate.
The property was highlighted for its safety and security policies and attention to detail across all of its operations.
Consisting of more than 210 standards, The Global Hotel Security Standard, led by the internationally recognised Safehotels Alliance, requires hotels to meet or exceed areas relating to: hotel property walkthrough, process, procedures, training and organisation, security equipment, fire equipment, fire training, as well as crisis management.
Peter Schuler, general manager of Symphony Style Hotel Kuwait, said in a statement: "It is an honour to have received this certification, and is testament to the commitment the hotel has in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both our employees and guests.
"The well-being of our visitors, and our team members, is of paramount importance and to be awarded this recognition, which sets us apart from other hotels in the country, is a great achievement which we will continue to adhere to.”
