Zlatko Gersak has been appointed as the executive chef of Ajman Hotel.
The Croatian national, who has 23 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, was previously the executive sous chef in Al Ain Rotana where he was in charge of 55 culinary personnel and overlooking seven food and beverage outlets.
Ajman Hotel general manager George Ganchev said: “I am glad to welcome Zlatko as a new team leader for the culinary department. His expertise and creativity will make him a great asset for Ajman Hotel, contributing to successful upcoming culinary concepts for our 10 food and beverage outlets.”
Gersak has previously held positions at Hilton, Le Meridien, and Kempinski properties.
