Niyama Private Islands Maldives has announced the return of chef Heiko Nader, who will be making his third guest appearance at Edge, the resort’s signature restaurant.
For one night only, on February 22, Nader will serve an eight-course tasting menu paired with wines. The chef’s creations include lobster with melon and green curry as well as tangerine and agave with aji amarillo.
Hailing from Germany, Chef Heiko founded The Restaurant at the Dolder Grand on Lake Zurich, which currently holds two Michelin stars. The Restaurant was also awarded 18 Gault Millau points in 2012, when Nader was named ‘Most Improved Chef of the Year’.
