This summer, Hotel Hermitage Monte-Carlo will be hosting Maison Noura, an institution of Lebanese cuisine based in Paris since 1989. Noura will be setting up for the summer at the Salon Excelsior’s shaded terrace.
The lounge bar will open at 5 pm with a shisha and cocktail bar, accompanied by traditional mezze and music. Following this will be a dinner in the outdoor setting, offering vistas of Monaco.
The menu will feature contemporary Lebanese cuisine including seasonal products and traditional spices such as coriander, cardamom and sumac.
The mezze menu will offer classics like Lebanese tabbouleh, hummus and aubergine caviar along with seasonal salads. Maison Noura’s signature dishes include the conﬁt royal d’agneau.
The summer restaurant will be serving guests until 25 August 2019.
