Featuring nine courses, the menu kicks off with a selection of starters like edamame and the signature Capumiso soup. Main course features spicy tuna tartar, salmon flambé nigari, Wagyu flambé nigiri and baby lamb gyozas. The lunch ends with a serving of homemade mochi ice-cream and a cup of coffee or tea.99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant’s general manager, Jaime Castaneda said: “Our weekday lunch guests are usually here to talk business over a meal. The Omakese business lunch is valid until 31 December, 2019 and is available from Sunday through Thursday and is served from 12pm until 3:30pm.
