Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villa has launched a new menu at The Park restaurant.

The menu has been designed to diversify dining options with an emphasis on customisation, and includes an expansion of organic vegetarian alternatives, cage-free poultry and sustainable products.

Each element of every dish has been handpicked in order to preserve its freshness and natural characteristics. The menu will utilise aged meat cuts from different origins, breeds and producers.

On the seafood front, ocean-fresh ingredients prepared raw or grilled on a konro grill take centre stage.
