This is the second consecutive year that Hilton received the recognition, officials said.
In 2018, Hilton appointed close to 14,000 millennials in the United States. Data from the group revealed that globally, 57% of Hilton’s more than 400,000 employees are millennials.
Millennials also represent 39% of Hilton’s corporate managers and employees in higher roles.
According to officials, Hilton provides “extensive career development opportunities and an innovative culture” while offering employees “leadership and career development tools”. Millennials also have a dedicated space to voice their insights and feedback to the organisation, through the ‘Millennial Team Member Resource Group’.
Employees also receive benefits ranging from industry leading parental leave, financial wellbeing tools and resources, to travel discounts at Hilton hotels globally.
