Rixos Alamein, located along the Mediterranean coast of Egypt, is undergoing expansion.
The expansion of 69 units includes five additional villas and suites across three bedroom, two bedroom, one bedroom and studio categories. Rixos Alamein’s culinary offerings will also see a revamp.
Galip Turkoglu, general manager, Rixos Alamein said: “We have seen a surge in demand for our personalised, all-inclusive experiences. Due to this increased demand, we are in the process of adding 69 new units to our portfolio here at Rixos Alamein.”
The property’s signature seafood restaurant, Sardella, will be directly connected to the main building to allow guests to access the otherwise outdoor venue during the winter. The restaurant will be able to accommodate up to 260 people.
The resort will also be launching a Mediterranean all-day-dining restaurant called Bistro. The venue will serve international cuisine with a European twist and seat 600 people.
Rixos Alamein comprises 319 sea-facing villas, presidential suites, executive suites and standard rooms.
