The service, which is available in the Marriott Bonvoy application allows travellers to check-in and check-out from the hotel directly from their mobile devices. They can check-in to their upcoming reservation two days prior to arrival, select an estimated arrival time, receive a room-ready alert notification and check - out on the mobile device.This feature also enables Marriott Bonvoy members to remain proactive with their requests through a chat service and interact directly with the hotel’s associates. The mobile chat allows guests to request additional room amenities like towels and toiletries or get information about shuttle service hours, fitness centre amenities, housekeeping and luggage assistance.
