India’s national carrier Air India is all set to increase flights to Dubai.
The carrier will have four more direct flights to the emirate from cities in the South of India.
In addition to the existing flights in these cities, Air India's flights are scheduled to fly from Hyderabad, Kozhikode and Kochi and the new airport Kannur.
The new Dubai flights will launch as part of Air India's winter schedule, commencing from October, a senior executive with the airline told Arabian Business.
Air India was recently allotted a major chunk of seat capacities to Dubai, and other international destinations, from the quota of the grounded Indian carrier Jet Airways.
