FCM Travel Solutions has launched it’s Smart Assistant for Mobile (SAM) in the Middle East, which blends artificial intelligence with the knowledge of FCM travel consultants.
The app aims to deliver personalised information for business travellers’ through a chat-based interface.
FCM is the first Travel Management Company to offer AI to its clients. There are two versions of SAM available to FCM clients and business travellers in the Middle East. The first is a premium version exclusively for FCM customers with features configured for these customers as part of their tailored rollout. The premium features include auto-sync of the traveller’s bookings, integrated self-booking tool, live chat with an FCM consultant and amending bookings on the move.
A basic free version that enables any user to add their trips manually, view weather, traffic and flight alerts, and connects with local ground transport options, is also available.
