French restaurant Bistro Des Arts has unveiled Anastasios Karagiannidis as its executive chef at its Dubai Marina location.
Karagiannidis will lead the restaurant’s culinary team and oversee operations on a daily basis in the kitchen. The executive chef will also work on developing new recipes and menu ideas at Bistro Des Arts.
The hire was prompted by the restaurant due to Karagiannidis’ extensive experience in the hospitality sector.
The executive chef started his career as a trainee alongside renowned French chef, Daniel Boulud, who is renowned for his Michelin star restaurants across the world.
According to Bistro Des Arts, Karagiannidis has held senior positions at a number of restaurant and hotel chains across Europe, as well as heading up the kitchen at Bar Boulud at Mandarin Oriental in London, UK.
