Radisson Blu makes an entry in Casablanca, Morocco

Hotel brand Radisson Blu has made an entry in Casablanca’s hospitality market with the Radisson Blu Hotel, Casablanca City Center.

The property that is the second Radisson Blu hotel in Morocco, was created and designed by world renowned Chilean architect, Jaime Beriestain.

The hotel contains 120 rooms including 16 suites. The art-oriented hotel also houses an exceptional, permanent art exhibition by Moroccan modernist artist, Mohamed Melehi.

Speaking about the hotel, Tim Cordon, senior area vice president, Middle East & Africa, Radisson Hotel Group, said: “We are thrilled to open the doors of our first hotel in Casablanca, Morocco’s largest city which is known as the ‘gateway to Africa’ thanks to its exceptional links with the region. The property offers several F&B outlets, one of which is its French brasserie “la Collection” and the Japanese restaurant “YUZU”.

The Caprice Sky Bar on the fourteenth floor, offers cocktails beside the pool which offers panoramic views of the city and sea.

In addition to that the property also has a Cinq Mondes Spa, an indoor pool and a jacuzzi.

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Casablanca City Center alsp comprises a ballroom, intimate meeting spaces and lounges in the meeting and events area. The event space spans a total of 450m2, including the 180m2 ballroom, the pièce de résistance of the area.
