Running from December 18-21, the event space will be filled with tall trees, along with smells of soil and wood, as well as smoke and mist. The evening is described as a multisensory experience.
For the event, Inked’s executive chef, Hadrien Villedieu will prepare a menu. Dishes include sauerkraut pie, chestnut and ricotta ravioli, and black forest dessert.
Villedieu described the upcoming menu as: “a culinary homage to the rich and earthy flavours of Gaggenau’s spiritual home -- the Black Forest.”
The Gaggenau Black Forest dinner has previously been hosted in both Los Angeles and New York.
Doors will open at 8pm and the dinner will start at 8:30pm. The experience is priced at AED 455 per person and includes a five-course menu and mocktails.
BSH Home Appliances Middle East’s CEO, Tomas Alonso said, “We are thrilled to launch the inaugural Gaggenau Black Forest Dinner in Dubai. This experience will merge and showcase Gaggenau’s alignment with wonderful food, great chefs and most importantly, the heritage of the brand. Given the huge success of this event in Los Angeles and New York, we are excited to bring this to life in Dubai. A market that we know appreciates gastronomic finesse.”
