The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal launches Chef’s Brunches

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal has launched Chef’s Brunches at the hotel’s restaurant, Giornotte.

The Friday brunches will feature dishes prepared by chefs at the live stations from 1 pm to 4 pm.

Dishes include the lobster thermidor and truffle risotto, Peruvian chicken breast, smoked veal belly and slow roasted Wagyu beef.

The brunch will also feature vegan dishes such as grilled vegan carrot dogs as well as gluten free and vegan pasta dishes.

Desserts include homemade chocolate bars, Belgian waffles and chocolate fountains.
