Jumeirah Al Naseem has launched a pop-up called Kayto, which features Peruvian and Japanese cuisine, also known as Nikkei.

With a menu by Japanese-Argentinian chef, Cristian Goya, the pop-up that is open for lunch and dinner serves Peruvian-Nikkei flavours and a selection of Japanese-inspired cocktails, mocktails and sake, crafted by an in-house mixologist.

The dining venue houses an outdoor seating area offering views of the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah as well as a live DJ set six days a week.

Dishes served at the eatery will include ceviche, sushi nigiri and rolls, miso caramelised eggplant, saikyo miso black cod and espresso glace.

The eatery’s chief culinary officer, Michael Ellis said: "Positioned with unrivalled views of one of Dubai's most famed icons, the distinctive flavours of the dishes curated by chef Cristian, complemented by a vibrant atmosphere, friendly staff and culinary expertise, makes this a truly unique experience, and one to watch in Dubai. "

The Kayto pop–up will be open until March 2020.
