Sky Horizon Quality Management & Guest Service (Horizon QMS) was recently launched as a webbased multi property total quality management solution for both on premise and SaaS installations.Why is this product special?
From the operational side, Horizon QMS includes and extends all the current rich features of the Horizon QMS desktop edition in addition to a dynamic structure of administrative units, centralised multi-property management, advanced user roles, and escalation management and enhanced report writer capabilities. The new release focuses more on the guest engagement and feedback management, while allowing the management and decision makers to take proper and instant action through highlighting critical hotel performance indicators.Why does my hotel need this product?
