Throughout November, each guest chef will collaborate with the island’s executive chef, Gaushan De Silva on a gastronomic menu. Visiting chefs include Denmark’s Brian Mark Hansen, Netherlands’ Alain Alders and German-based Tristan Brandt.Dishes prepared will be served at three of the property’s dining venues featuring Tavaru, Athiri and Aragu restaurant.
