The property that is set to open in 2020, will comprise 249 serviced residences featuring one, two and three-bedroom units and four-bedroom penthouses, with ample space and maximise comfort.The property is targeting both business and leisure guests.

The development will also feature a “food and beverage plaza” with three specialty dining concepts. The project will also include a cinema room, lounge and kid’s play area.
