Mourad Mazouz, founder of Sketch London, which he opened in 2002 with three Michelin starred chef, Pierre Gagnaire. Sketch is a tribute to superb gastronomy and cutting-edge art, and is now donned a London institution having won a host of major awards including two Michelin stars. Other popular establishments from Mourad include Momo, Kwant and KM5 bar and restaurant, in Ibiza.Pierre Koffman, who within six years of opening La Tante Claire, in Cheslea, had been awarded the maximum three Michelin stars, making him one of only three chefs in the UK to achieve such an accolade.
