Combining French tradition with modern technology, Cafés Richard has over a hundred years of history on its shoulders. Fast forward to 2020 and the company has made a name for itself in Arabica and organic coffee.

When and where was your company established?
Cafés Richard, family owned Maison founded in 1892 in Paris.

What products or services do you supply to the hospitality industry?
Cafés Richard is a traditional French style coffee roaster and hot beverages solution provider in HORECA market.

What new products or services have you launched, or will launch in 2020?
Cascayan is our new blend from America's greatest terroirs. It’s both 100% Arabica and organic, along with being FT.

We also have launched the Nespresso compatible capsules range. It is fully a biodegradable and vegetable-based capsule.

What are some trends that you’re seeing in your sector?
Increased consumer demand for traceable coffee information of their origin, flavour profile, roast, etc. We at Cafés Richard import about thirty different origins which makes our range very rich with broad pallet of aromas.

How does your company set itself apart from the competition?
Our ambition is to focus in corporate social responsibilities and improve professional skills and qualifications of our staff, to guarantee the quality of our coffees in each cup, and help set up social and environmental projects with coffee producers.
