Abu Dhabi International Airport has announced the closure of its second terminal for an undisclosed amount of time.

In a tweet sent out in the morning of March 16, the airport said: “As part of our continuous efforts to provide exceptional service to our airline partners and passengers, we are announcing the closure of Terminal 2 and migrating all existing flights to Terminal 1 at AUH.”

According to Abu Dhabi Airport’s directory, Terminal 2 is currently used by Binan airline, Airblue and Sudan Airways. Binan is the national carrier of Bangladesh, while Airblue is a private carrier for Pakistan and Sudan Airways is the national carrier of Sudan.
