Accor Middle East & Africa has partnered with the She is Arab speaking platform to bring a series of discussions, roundtables and coaching sessions on female empowerment to the region.
Planned for Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan and the UAE, events will tackle topics including changing the nature of leadership, navigating through workplace culture, achieving work life balance and ensuring equal opportunities for women.
Both organisations aim to highlight the importance of networking, peer to peer support networks, and the exchange of knowledge and female experience. She is Arab aims to inspire women across the region to build their professional skills and strengthen gender equality.
